When I first got this banana slicer it was with the kids in mind, surprisingly though, I use this all the time. It really is the fastest way I've found to cut bananas and in just seconds you have evenly cut bananas for smoothies which is just super convenient.
I really think pulling out a knife to cut a soft banana is a waste. For one this is much safer, but two all you have to do is pop the banana under this thing and push down for easy slices in no time.
