While there's no exact science to figuring out when the next One Day Sale is, there is some trends we've seen to give you a better idea of when the sales go live.

Macy's One Day Sale Schedule

To be the first to know make sure you're signed up for Macy's text alerts or emails. Not only will you get notified when the sale starts but you get a rare 25% off coupon for doing so.

January 2019 — January 4-5(Friday - Saturday)
February 2019 — February 8-9 (Friday - Saturday)
March 2019 — No Sale This Month
April 2019 —April 12-13(Friday - Saturday)
May 2018 — May 18-19 (Friday - Saturday)
June 2018 — June 12-13 (Tuesday - Wednesday)
July 2019 — July 19-20(Friday - Saturday)

From what we know, the sale usually takes place once a month and typically takes place with a Friday sale preview with the sale falling on a Saturday. The exceptions to this are around holidays when the One Day Sale will be previewed on a Tuesday and fall on a Wednesday.

As you can see the sale typically takes place the third week of the month. Check your local Macy's opening time for the sale so you don't miss out on doorbuster deals.

Macy's One Day Sale has been going on for 24 years and is one of the best times to save.

During the One Day Sale you can expect exclusive deals like 40% off kitchen appliances, up to 80% off clearance, 70% off luggagee, can't-miss One Day Sale Door busters that usually go quick and also huge markdowns on clearance up to 80% off for some sweet buys.

No need for promo codes or coupons either, all the deals get listed right on the Macy's homepage but you'll also want to check out the coupons page to maximize your savings.
